• Background color

Please Provide the Following:

• Your book cover: front, back, and spine as a JPG or PDF. If selecting eBook, only front cover needs to be provided.
• Author’s Name as it appears on the book
• Book Review (One to Five Words in Length for maximum readability, plus  the reviewer’s name and organization if applicable
• Detail on where your book is sold. The default is “Available on Amazon” or "ebook on Amazon"
