As with any other artist it took me awhile to dial in the video I wanted, which took a lot of revisions, and Richard was totally cool about that. I noticed he actually puts effort into the voice acting too, and there's no heavy accents so it's easy to understand, which is super handy when you need videos that explain things. Would recommend.
