Charge waayyyyy over listed amount...asked for a pencil sketch, got a digital drawing...didn't listen to initial request ...burned a revision due to lack of ability to listen...did not really apply detailed changes....did a better version with Microsoft PAINT myself. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
