This is to create an edited promo for your ebook or paperback. This being said once you have the video you can post it wherever you like, but I have seen a great increase in interaction from Instagram via video ads. 

You can post it to your account or friends and families Instagram account with the link back to your book in your bio, or even use it as a sponsored add. Both of these options Instagram loves.
